BB Workforce Terms and Conditions

3.2 Clients

You agree to provide accurate job descriptions, company information, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws concerning job postings and hiring practices.
You authorize BB Workforce to use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including for marketing and promotion of job openings.

4. Account Creation and Security

Users may create accounts on our platform to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted through your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Use of Third-Party Services

BB Workforce provides staffing services "as is" and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding employment, job suitability, or outcomes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or placements made through our platform.

9. Termination of Services
